To request a registration form simply e-mail your request to the address above and we will e-mail you a registration form for you to print out, fill out and return to us. You may also call us and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Cost of the program, which includes all materials used in class, is $499 per student. A $100 deposit is required with each registration with the balance paid two weeks prior to the class start date.
